Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PrizePilot Chrome browser extension and associated website (collectively, the "Service") provided by PrizePilot ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using PrizePilot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.

1. Description of the Service

PrizePilot is a Chrome extension that helps users discover online competitions, automatically fill in entry forms using profile information stored locally on their device, and track past entries. Optional paid plans unlock additional features such as Discover (a curated competition database), AI-assisted form filling, and cross-device history sync.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter competitions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility requirements set by each individual competition before entering.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

4. What PrizePilot Does and Does Not Do

Terms & Conditions Acceptance — Never Automated. PrizePilot will never automatically accept, check, or otherwise interact with any Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, age-gate declaration, eligibility confirmation, consent checkbox, or any similar agreement presented by a competition organiser. These require your explicit, informed personal consent and must always be completed by you manually.
Form Submission — Never Automated. PrizePilot fills in form fields on your behalf but will never automatically submit a competition entry form. Clicking the submit button is always your action and your decision.
Social Media Actions — Require Your Authorisation. When you enter a competition that requires social media interactions (such as liking, following, sharing, or commenting on Facebook or Instagram), PrizePilot will only perform those actions after you have explicitly initiated the process — either by clicking "Enter" on a Discover competition or by clicking "Participate" on the active tab. By taking either of those actions on a social competition, you authorise PrizePilot to perform the specific social media actions described in the competition requirements on your behalf. You remain responsible for ensuring those actions comply with the respective platform's terms of service.

PrizePilot does not guarantee any competition outcome. Entering a competition via PrizePilot does not create any right to a prize.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and assets forming the PrizePilot extension and website are the exclusive property of PrizePilot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid plan subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until cancellation. You may cancel at any time from within the extension or by contacting us. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy communicated at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that competition entries submitted using PrizePilot will be accepted by competition organisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrizePilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of entries, or failure to win prizes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Platforms

PrizePilot interacts with third-party websites and platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Wufoo, and competition organisers' own websites). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third party. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

11. Privacy

Your use of PrizePilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
